After a work related transfer and more than a year with other companies, we contacted Matt Grander. I'd like to say we made a fortune in a short period of time, but we had some challenges. Some storm and rain damage occurred and that led to increased costs, time off the market, and damage repairs. Matt's group let us know about the damage, helped us find repair people, and get back on the market.
